Thank you for shopping at White Waters Bath. We aim to make the return process as smooth as possible. Given the unique nature of our bath bombs, we recognize that returns might not always come back with intact packaging.


  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. If the packaging is not intact, please contact customer service to discuss your return options.


  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
